These Technical Specifications define the binding agreement between the Collector and Alexi Stankowski LLC, governing all acquisitions, commissions, and intellectual property rights within the Artist’s digital ecosystem.

01. BINDING_AGREEMENT By accessing Alexi Stankowski’s digital ecosystem (https://www.artistnamedalexi.com) or initiating a commercial transaction, you agree to be bound by these Technical Specifications. These terms govern all acquisitions of original artifacts, print reproductions, and custom commissions managed by Alexi Stankowski LLC (the "Artist").

02. THE_APEX_TIER: COMMISSION_PROTOCOLS All custom project requests are subject to the following mechanical gates:

  • 2.1) Minimum Threshold: The Artist does not accept custom commissions below a $2,000.00 USD investment floor.

  • 2.2) Non-Refundable Intake: Upon project approval, a 50% "Commitment Deposit" is required. This fee is strictly non-refundable as it covers the narrative discovery and material allocation.

  • 2.3) Finality: Custom commissions are "Final Artifacts." No returns or revisions are permitted once the physical execution has commenced unless expressly agreed upon in a separate technical addendum.

03. COMMERCE_&_INVENTORY_SYNC

  • 3.1) 1-of-1 Originals: Availability is managed via real-time synchronization with the studio's physical inventory. In the rare event of a "Collision Sale" (simultaneous physical and digital purchase), the first timestamped transaction takes precedence.

  • 3.2) Print Room: Reproductions are high-fidelity artifacts. Due to the automated fulfillment nature of the "Print Room," orders cannot be cancelled once the "Execution Trigger" (Printing) has occurred.

04. INTELLECTUAL_PROPERTY_LOGIC (THE_MOAT) The acquisition of a physical artifact does NOT constitute a transfer of Intellectual Property.

  • 4.1) Retention of Rights: The Artist retains 100% of the copyright, including the right to produce further reproductions, digital assets, or commercial apparel based on the imagery.

  • 4.2) Usage Restrictions: The Collector is granted the right to display the physical artifact in private or professional settings. Commercial reproduction, modification, or use of the artwork in advertising/merchandise by the Collector is strictly prohibited without a separate Licensing Protocol.

05. LOGISTICS_&_RISK_TRANSITION

  • 5.1) Transit Liability: All high-value artifacts are shipped via secure, tracked carriers. Risk of loss transitions to the Collector upon the "Carrier Acceptance" scan.

  • 5.2) Insurance: For items exceeding $5,000.00, specialized art-courier insurance is mandatory and will be calculated as a technical surcharge at checkout.

06. LIMITATION_OF_LIABILITY Alexi Stankowski LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the acquisition of artifacts. The total liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the specific artifact in question.

07. GOVERNANCE_&_DISPUTES These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alexi Stankowski LLC is registered. Any disputes that cannot be resolved via narrative mediation shall be settled in the appropriate courts of said jurisdiction.
