CUSTOM CRATED
WORKS
HIGH-VALUE ARTIFACTS REQUIRING MAXIMUM STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY DURING TRANSIT. THIS IS THE PINNACLE OF ALEXI’S DELIVERY SYSTEM.
THE CRATE
Built to Alexi’s Preservation Specs—custom-made, shock-absorbing wooden crates with internal climate stabilization.
COURIER
Dispatched via specialized fine-art couriers or premium white-glove carriers.
MANDATORY INSURANCE
Surcharges apply for "Nail-to-Nail" coverage on all Tier-A artifacts.
ORIGINAL WORKS
HAND-PAINTED JERSEYS OR CANVAS-ONLY ARTIFACTS WITHOUT EXTERNAL FRAMING.
PREPARATION
These artifacts are either professionally rolled in high-impact technical tubes or flat-packed in moisture-shielded reinforced sleeves.
PROTECTIVE BARRIER
All painted surfaces are shielded with archival glassine to prevent molecular transfer during transit.
AUTOMATED
REPRODUCTIONS
REPRODUCTION ARTIFACTS (PRINTS/APPAREL) ARE PROCESSED VIA OUR AUTOMATED GLOBAL FULFILLMENT NETWORK.
FULFILLMENT
Handled via third-party logistics (3PL) engines using Shippo (or other) 3rd party technology.
LEAD TIMES
Please allow 10–14 business days for production and tracking activation.
TRANSIT
Dispatched via standard ground or economy air carriers. Delivery metadata is transmitted via email upon dispatch.
DOMESTIC TRANSIT
(IN-COUNTRY)
All domestic shipments are fully tracked and require a physical signature for release.
DELIVERY
The LLC’s liability terminates upon the "Delivered" scan status.

(GLOBAL-EXPORTS)
The Collector is 100% responsible for all Import Duties, VAT, GST, and local "Administrative Processing Fees."
THE LANDED COST
Originals are exported under HTS Code 9701.21. While often duty-free, local taxes are non-negotiable and dictated by the destination country.
HTS CODING
If an artifact requires CITES or specific export permits, expect a 4–6 week delay in the logistics clock.

Alexi maintains a Strict Zero-Return Policy on all creative assets.
FINAL SALE
Acquisitions of 1-of-1 artifacts and custom commissions are permanent.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
Claims for transit-related defects must be filed within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide high-resolution imagery of the damaged external packaging and the internal artifact to logistics@artistnamedalexi.com
REJECTION FEE
If a shipment is rejected due to customs fees, a 20% Restocking & Storage Fee plus original shipping costs will be deducted from any potential credit.
