AUTHENTICITY
MANDATE
Every original artifact (Tier A & Tier B) dispatched from Alexi's studio is accompanied by a physical Certificate of Authenticity (COA). This document serves as the legal deed of Provenance—the documented history of the work’s origin and ownership—and is required for all future appraisals, insurance valuations, or secondary market transfers.
TECHNICAL
SPECIFICATIONS
OF THE COA
UNIQUE ARCHIVE ID: A non-sequential alphanumeric code tethered to the Alexi Stankowski, LLC Master Ledger for instant verification.
MEDIUM VERIFICATION: Precise disclosure of pigments, substrates, and mixed-media components used in the execution of the work.
CHRONOLOGICAL MARKER: The exact date of project completion and its entry into the permanent archive.
ARTIST SIGNATURE: A physical ink-signature from Alexi, verifying the artifact's transition from "Work in Progress" to "Archived Asset."
Each certificate is individually hand-signed and contains the following encrypted data points to ensure the artifact's integrity:
IP & REPRODUCTION
RIGHTS
As stated on the physical COA:
"All copyright and reproduction rights are reserved by the artist."
Possession of the COA verifies ownership of the physical artifact but does not grant the collector rights to reproduce the image for commercial, digital, or promotional distribution without a separate licensing protocol.
The COA is the soul of the artifact's value on the secondary market. In the event that a work is sold to a third party, the physical COA must be transferred to the new owner to maintain the chain of provenance. While Alexi Stankowski, LLC maintains a digital ledger of original acquisitions, the physical certificate remains the primary proof of authenticity for third-party authenticators.
SECONDARY
MARKET TRANSFER
If a COA is lost or destroyed, a "Technical Audit" is required for re-issuance. This involves high-resolution photographic verification of the artifact and a formal processing fee to protect against fraudulent duplication. Contact info@artistnamedalexi.com to initiate recovery protocols.
